We want you to feel comfortable when shopping with us so here are some questions you might have for us:
1. I have made an incorrect order, what should I do?
We all make mistakes, nothing to worry about. Just contact us immediately with your order number and let us know if you would like to cancel or change your order. Once it has been processed and shipped, we cannot do much from there.
2. What are your processing time?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. If you make an order after 12pm on Friday. your order will be shipped on Monday morning.
3. How quickly will I receive my order?
Our standard free delivery is shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class. This means you should receive your order within 3 days of shipping. Please note during peak season such as Christmas holidays, this may be longer.
4. Are you CLP compliant?
Yes, complying to CLP regulation is extremely important to us. We want to always make sure all our products are safe for you and your loved ones. All candles will have a CLP label attached.
5. I bought my candle, but I do not like the scent, what should I do?
That is very sad to hear. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer exchanges and refunds within 14days of purchase. Please see our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy page here for more information.
