TIAWO LONDON is a tribute to my personal journey and deep connection to my Sierra Leonean heritage, particularly the Creole tribe, where the name "Taiwo" is revered. While "Taiwo" originates from the Yoruba culture of Nigeria, its significance resonates across various West African communities, including my own. In Yoruba tradition, Taiwo represents the first of twins, symbolising joy, prosperity, and a promising future. These values—joy, innovation, and individuality—are the foundation of our brand.

The inspiration for TIAWO LONDON stems from my mother, Taiwo, a woman of remarkable strength and resilience. Her dedication to creating a nurturing and beautiful home environment instilled in me the belief that our surroundings should reflect our inner peace and happiness.
