Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At TIAWO London we take extra care in making each of our candles. We want to ensure we deliver a high-quality product our customers will love and enjoy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. We do not cover postage costs for returned items at this time.
Refund Policy (if applicable):
We will notify you once we have received your return, update you on the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to have the best experience shopping at TIAWO London. Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records.
